Hi all,
Welcome to the new “Making of SAP TV” blog! On behalf of the whole team I would like to express our excitement at being able to offer this new platform as an extension of our content websites www.sap-tv.com, www.sap.com/stockfootage and www.youtube.com/saptv.
This blog aims to give you a sneak peak into the world of corporate video-making—from concept to post-production. In particular, we hope to cover topics like:
- Behind the scenes reports from our TV productions worldwide
- Discussions about new technical developments in the field of video and TV (corporate as well as public)
- Video-conferencing
- Live productions on events
- Video podcasts
- Storytelling
- Broadcast requirements etc.
The blog should also serve as a place for dialogue between you, us, reporters and editors. Only via a two-way exchange can we hope to really evolve our medium.
As my team is also responsible for the TV media relations activities for SAP worldwide, we would also like to take the chance, to talk about cultural requirements and differences when it comes to TV activities in our different key countries. Besides Germany, France and UK, these include the whole Asia Pacific area as well as the USA, Russia, Brazil and Mexico.
Bloggers on this new platform include all members of my TV team in Germany, but also our agency Bavaria Film Interactive, our freelance TV reporters around the globe as well as team members from our corporate publishing team, events and social media.
I hope you enjoy our new offer and contribute with your thoughts, comments and feedback to make this an exciting and informative source for all kinds of TV topics.
Let’s get started :-)
Cheers
Sven
